Eligible Conditions for Return & Warranty:
- The product has a factory fault or manufacturing defect.
- The problem is reported within 7 days of invoice date.
- The product falls under valid warranty period (3 months, 6 months, or 1 year).
- The issue is proven with an unboxing video recorded while first opening the parcel.
- A wrong or missing item was delivered (must be shown in the unboxing video).
- The product is still in resellable condition (no damage, complete accessories).
Return/Warranty Will Be Rejected If:
The product has any burn marks, cracks, water damage, or physical damage.
The warranty seal or sticker is removed or broken.
The product has scratches, glue stains, or visible wear.
The product is incompatible with third-party apps or specific devices while working normally on standard devices.
The issue is reported without an unboxing video recorded at the time of first opening.
The customer requests return/exchange for reasons like:
"Did not like the product"
"Changed my mind"
"Did not meet expectations"
"Does not work on my device"
The product or packaging is not in resellable condition.
Non-Returnable Items
- Any accessories, chargers, or adapters included with the product.
- Any gift item or prize that was given away for free.
- Items with broken seals, physical damage, or missing parts due to customer mishandling.
Refund Policy
- Inspection process takes 5-15 days from receipt
- Approved refunds processed within 5 business days via original payment method
