7. Shipping & Delivery

We offer home delivery across Bangladesh via Pathao and Steadfast.
Shipping times vary by location but generally take 3–7 business days.
Delivery delays caused by third-party courier services are not our responsibility.
You must provide an accurate shipping address; incorrect addresses may lead to delays or undeliverable orders.

8. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, as long as it hasn’t been processed.
To cancel, email us at support@ministorebd.shop or contact via WhatsApp.
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.

9. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product is defective or damaged.
- The wrong item was delivered.
You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
The product must be unused and returned in original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable) will be issued after inspection and verification.

We do not offer refunds for “change of mind” or buyer’s remorse.
